Velvet Roast Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Velvet Roast. We take pride in providing premium coffee, tea, and related products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

Returns

 Due to the perishable nature of coffee, tea, and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns on opened food and beverage items.

We may accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was received damaged or defective.

The wrong item was shipped.

The product arrived with packaging damage that affects product quality.

The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unopened (unless damaged or defective).

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds may be issued when:

A product arrives damaged or defective.

An incorrect item was shipped.

Your order is lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier.

We are unable to fulfill your order.

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Opened coffee bags.

Opened tea products.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
